Rendzu is a turn-based game in which you play against the computer and the objective is to cover the board with your chips. The game starts with only two white and two blacks chips. To convert chips into your color you must place chips in the extremes diagonally, vertically or horizontally. All the chips that you get between your chips are instantly transformed into your color. The game is over when the board is full or when there are no more moves available, and the player with majority of chips of his color wins the game. You must think over all your moves very carefully, otherwise, the computer wins in seconds.
Unfortunately, the game cannot be customized in any form. You can not select the difficulty level, play against someone else or select your chip color. The game is characterised by simple graphics, and, sadly, there's no sounds or music.
In short, if you are looking for something challenging and at the same time enjoyable, something that will keep you playing for a while, Rendzu may be a good choice.
